• Illness or inability to attend

• Duplicate purchases or mistaken transactions

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Fundraising Purpose

RiseFit Fest is a fundraising event. After covering necessary event-related expenses, net proceeds will benefit Ability360, a nonprofit organization supporting individuals with disabilities. Your ticket purchase helps support this mission.

3. Third-Party Ticketing

Tickets are sold through third-party platforms linked from this website. These platforms may have their own terms of service, but RiseFit Fest’s no-refund policy applies regardless of platform policies. Please review all details carefully before completing your purchase.

4. Merchandise Sales

Merchandise may be available for purchase from third-party vendors at the event. All merchandise transactions are handled directly by the vendor. RiseFit Fest is not responsible for refunds, returns, or exchanges related to merchandise.
